亀井昭伍氏（カメイ株式会社・相談役/当財団理事）が、こけしに魅かれて蒐集したコレクションの中から明治、大正、昭和10年代に製作された作品を展示いたします。戦前のこけしは、一般に「古作こけし」と呼ばれており、昭和20年代以降の作品とは一線を画しております。作られた時代の空気感をまとい、現代の作風と似て非なるものです。
