日本民藝館の改修を記念した特別展の第一弾。創設者・柳宗悦の著作名にちなみ、「朝鮮とその藝術」「木喰上人の彫刻」「陶磁器の美」「琉球の富」などをテーマに、朝鮮陶磁、木喰仏、沖縄の染織品など、当館が誇る古作の逸品を一挙に公開。

A collection of ancient masterpieces from the Japan Folk Crafts Museum's proud collection, including Korean ceramics, Mokujiki Buddhas, and Okinawan textiles, will be showcased.
The exhibition is themed after the writings of founder Sōetsu Yanagi, including "Korea and Its Art," "Sculptures by Mokujiki Shonin," "The Beauty of Ceramics," and "The Riches of Ryukyu."
