細川護立の没後50年を記念し、菱田春草の「落葉」「黒き猫」をはじめ、松岡映丘「室君」、平福百穂「豫譲」など近代日本画、刀剣、禅画、中国美術、重要文化財「細川澄元像」など護立が集めた名品を一挙展示。
