兵庫県立横尾救急病院は、美術家・横尾忠則の肉体と生活・創作との関係を探ることを目的に、横尾忠則現代美術館に期間限定で開院いたします。当院では、頭や心よりも肉体感覚を通して得られるものに信頼を置く横尾の生き方を基本理念に、眼科、小児科、外科など様々な診療科をご用意し、絵画、版画、ドローイング、著書や愛読書といった幅広い作品と資料から、皆様に肉体との付き合い方を見つめ直す機会をご提供することを目指します
