人々に素晴らしい芸術を鑑賞する機会を――そう願って西洋近代美術と日本の現代美術をそれぞれに蒐集した松方幸次郎と山村德太郎。彼らの願いは引き継がれ、作品たちは東京と神戸の美術館に収蔵されました。この度は、国立西洋美術館松方コレクションからロダンの彫刻群をお借りして、当館所蔵の山村コレクションと共演を図ります。
