江戸時代の浮世絵で人気を博した「美人絵」は、明治以降に「美人画」へと発展しました。美人画は大正時代に黄金期を迎え、現代でも人々の心を魅了しています。本展では、日本有数の美人画コレクションである「培広庵コレクション」から厳選し、上村松園、鏑木清方、伊東深水、竹久夢二など様々な作家による美人画を、四季の移ろいに合わせて紹介します。
