染・清流展における2023年（令和5年）最初の展覧会は、収蔵品の中から「春」の季節に題材をとった染色作品を特集します。寒く閉ざされた冬から、芽が吹き、花が咲き、自然の生命力がほとばしる春―。その情景は、作家たちの創作意欲を掻き立ててきました。名だたる染色作家が、この季節の風物をテーマに作品の数々を制作しています。春にも、様々な表情があります。対象を凝視し、創造性を羽ばたかせ、多彩な染色技法により表現された、個性豊かなそれぞれの「春」が会場を明るく華やかに、また時にはしっとりと彩ります。染めによる春爛漫をお楽しみください。
