「連載・小さい伝記」は、1974年から1985年まで実に12年間、13回にわたって『カメラ毎日』誌に発表されています。正方形の画面に閉じ込められた愛らしい山陰の子どもたち、素朴なたたずまいの人々、そして日常の何気ない出会いなど、植田のユーモアや優しさに溢れるまなざしを感じながらご覧いただけることでしょう。
