「アネット・メサジェ：聖と俗の使者たち」展は、フランスを代表する女性アーティスト、アネット・メサジェを紹介する日本初の大規模な個展です。1970年代から絵、写真、記事、拾い集めたオブジェ、言葉、剥製、ぬいぐるみ、布、刺繍、糸、編み物など、日常のさまざまな素材を用いて、創作活動を行ってきたメサジェ。彼女は聖と俗、ユーモアと恐怖、愛と悲しみ、女性と男性、動物と人間、子供と大人、生と死、表と裏など、人間の相反する複雑さを日常の視点から浮き彫りにします。
