加藤孝司（1916-1998 岐阜市生）は、グラフィックデザイナーの魁として、洒脱でモダンなセンスで全国的に活躍しました。1960年前後、謄写版（ガリ版）原紙の後継として躍進していた岐阜のシルクスクリーン産業と加藤は出会い、互いに高め合います。シャープで質感に優れ、最高峰の手作業の気配が美しい孔版印刷の作品群を一挙に公開いたします。デザインと印刷に焦点をあてた当館初の企画です。
