当館基本コレクションを形成する安原眞二郎氏と2005年に寄贈を受けた岡﨑林平氏の蒐集品は、質量ともに国内屈指のペルシア陶器コレクションです。2人の収集品から、当館設立の背景にあったペルシア陶器ブームを振り返ります。
