大胆に突き進む兄・豊臣秀吉を、冷静沈着に陰で支え続けた弟・秀長。本展ではNHK大河ドラマ「豊臣兄弟！」と連動し、豊臣兄弟が激動の戦国時代を制して天下統一への道を切り拓く軌跡を、重要な合戦や出来事を取り上げながら紐解きます。また織田信長・徳川家康・藤堂高虎・千利休など豊臣兄弟をとりまく人々との関係にも着目し、約140件の美術工芸品や歴史資料から、豊臣兄弟が生きた栄枯盛衰の時代に迫ります。
