石油王・新津恒吉が外国人迎賓館として昭和13年（1938年）に建てた西洋館で、イギリス、フランス、ドイツ様式にまとめられた欧風バロック調の内装や、入母屋造りの和館、美しい庭園を鑑賞できます。
