本展では、今もなお進化を続けるフィギュア製作会社海洋堂のスピリットや技術に迫ります。海洋堂創始者・宮脇修の創業時の理念を資料とともに振り返るほか、高い技術をもつ造形師や塗装師たちのこだわりか ら生まれたフィギュアを多数展示。フィギュアづくりの元となったスケッチや3Dモデルのデータなど、制作のこだわりと熱意が伝わる原資料も展示します。実際に手を動かして「創るたのしみ」を体験できるコーナーでこの夏の思い出を作りましょう。
