本展では、普段気に留めることもなく過ごしている視覚世界に改めて向き合い、あらゆる感覚を用いて「みること」を思考していただければと考えています。そこで、視覚以外の感覚で捉えた世界を触る形や記憶の色で表現する光島貴之と、身近な素材を用い、視覚や聴覚などの知覚を問い直す八木良太の作品を中心に、当館の所蔵品を交えて構成し、日常の感覚を揺さぶる作品を紹介します。
