今回テーマとする「流動」とは、価値や表現が固定されたものとして存在するのではなく、人や社会、環境との関係のなかで変化し続ける状態を指します。本展では、愛媛大学教育学部で絵画を指導する屋宜久美子を迎え、制作と教育の双方の実践を通して、アートが社会との関係のなかで「流動」していくあり方を探ります。美術教育の場の減少や生涯学習の重要性が指摘される現在、アートが社会のなかで果たしうる役割を改めて考える機会とします。
