ブルーシートや鉄、コンクリートなどの普段目にしたことのある工業製品を用いて、ダイナミックな立体作品を生み出す久保。本展では、農耕や偶像などをテーマに、古来にあった人々の暮らしの形を現代社会と結びつけたインスタレーション作品や、森という自然環境に呼応した作品を展示します。先史芸術や民族芸術からインスピレーションを受け、現代的な視点から再考を促す作品は、今を生きる私たちの生の感覚を喚起することでしょう。新進気鋭の彫刻家が、この森で試みた実験をご覧ください。
