After Cosimo Tura (Italian, c. 1430–1495)

Cosmè Tura returned to Ferrara in 1456 and spent most of his life as a court painter.¹

Cosmè Tura is known for his 1469 paintings of the Annunciation and Saint George and the Princess on the organ doors of Ferrara Cathedral.¹
